3. Refund Method: Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide you with a coupon code equivalent to the price of the purchased product. This coupon code can be used to purchase any other product available on digitalproductshub.com.
4. Eligibility: Refunds will only be granted for WordPress themes and plugins that are not functioning as advertised or are incompatible with your WordPress environment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the product is working as intended or if it was misused.
5. Non-Refundable Products: Please note that refunds do not apply to Any of Our Membership plans or Products.
6. Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
7. Abusive Requests: We value our customers’ satisfaction; however, we reserve the right to reject refund requests if we detect abusive or fraudulent behavior.
